When choosing your reception site, beware of the "hidden costs" that may not be mentioned when figuring your total reception cost.

For example:

• We will cut & serve your wedding cake at no charge.
• We do not charge for the room or normal clean-up.
• We do not charge for bar set-up or bartender
• We do not charge for fresh color-coordinated linen, china, silver & glass settings.
• We will put fresh-cut, long stem roses on all tables - no charge.
• We will have our staff assist in the timing of all phases of your reception, from cueing the best man to offering toasts, to your money dance and bouquet toss - no charge.
• We use extra dry JFJ champagne $144.00 per case or $12.00 per bottle. We charge only for what you use - a pre-arranged amount.  No minimum charge.  Our wines; JFJ Chablis & Burgundy, are $14.00 per liter.

Remember to ask other restaurants/banquet facilities what they charge for these services.  The price difference is frequently $1,000 or more!
